This one is dedicated to ALL the beautiful moms out there. The one that is up at 1am doing laundry. The one that runs to 6 different Target stores looking for that one toy that Santa can't seem to find. That one that stayed up late last night working on that damn school project. The one that gets up first with only 4 hours of sleep and goes to bed last.
The mom that showers last, eats last, and always gets ready last. The mom working two and three jobs to keep a roof over their heads and food in their bellies. The mom who takes a bus to work. The mom who has read countless bed time stories but yet has no one to talk to. The mom who has kissed endless boo boos but doesn't take a minute to lick her own wounds.
The one who drops little notes in every lunchbox. The one who raises her children to believe in themselves but doubts herself on the daily. The mom who comes home from a long day straight to homework time. The mom who is working a dead end job while going to school to better her life. The mom who didn't know how to put herself first.
The one who asks herself am I doing this right? Maybe I was too harsh? The mom who feels guilty for feeding her kids chicken nuggets for dinner.
